If you choose to collect your order at either Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong (“ISL”), Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong (“KSL”), Kerry Hotel Hong Kong (“KHHK”) or JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La (“HJHK”) (each a “Retailer”), please present the order confirmation number (and corresponding QR code embedded within the order confirmation e-mail) and the payment credit card when the order is collected.
Please verify the pick-up location in the order confirmation e-mail before arrival. The pick-up locations offered on Shangri-La Boutique may differ depending on the products being purchased. In general you will be able to pick-up your consolidated order from the Retailer(s) that is selling the chosen product(s). Adding product(s) from different Retailer(s) will allow you to collect the consolidated order from any of the Retailer(s)’ locations.
If you are in possession of a gift voucher, please verify the pick-up location and present it (along with the QR code embedded within) to the hotel staff during the specified redemption period to collect the item(s).
If you or the authorized person is unable to share the requested information during order collection, the Retailer reserves the right to collect the person’s information for security reasons. Please click here
Delivery services can be arranged with an additional charge for every order. The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full to ensure a successful delivery.
We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

Enjoy free delivery to HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories, or Tung Chung for any order of at least HK$ 2,000. This is only applicable for non-festive products.
Delivery services are not available on the eve of Chinese New Year to the Third Day of Chinese New Year.
All orders confirmed by Shangri-La Boutique will be sent to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Deliveries can only be made to locations on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and urban areas in New Territories.
We are unable to amend the delivery address other than the one that has been provided to us upon placing your order(s).
Timing of delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days at the earliest. We may use third party service providers for deliveries. The standard delivery time is between 11:00 to 15:00 hours, or 15:00 to 19:00 hours, subject to conditions. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions such as a typhoon, rainstorm warning or unforeseen traffic conditions. For this reason, there may be some delays which are entirely beyond our control.
