To enjoy the promotion, customers must log-in into their Shangri-La Circle account on Shangri-La Boutique and insert the coupon code on the checkout page.
Any payment (or a portion of payment) made using Shangri-La Circle Points is not qualified for this promotion.
Each member can enjoy the promotion only once in the region.
This promotion is valid for all products and vouchers, except cash vouchers, dining tickets, wellness tickets and event tickets.
This promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Retailers. Please check with the Retailers for details.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions or coupon codes unless expressly provided otherwise.
C. Shangri-La Circle Food & Beverage Bonus Points Promotion
General Terms
The “Shangri-La Circle Food & Beverage (“F&B”) Bonus Points” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“Shangri-La”).
The Promotion period is from 1st November 2023 00:00 (GMT+8) to 1st January 2024 23:39 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise communicated on the Shangri-La Boutique platform (“SL Boutique”) or through any channel or by some other method selected at Shangri-La’s discretion. The Promotion is only applicable to events occurring within the Promotion Period with the purchase made within the same period.
The Promotion offers customers 2 times Circle Points (“2X SLC Points”) during the stipulated period with terms and conditions applied. It is applicable only to purchases made at the following SL Boutique regions and sections:
Hong Kong: Events (Excluding these events organized by Island Shangri-La: “Iconic Domaine Leroy Wine Dinner”, “Restaurant Petrus - Iconic Petrus Wine Dinner”, and “Screaming Eagle Wine Dinner”)
The Promotion is applicable to the part of the payment of a SL Boutique order that is paid with payment methods other than Shangri-La Circle points (“SLC Points”). If an order is paid completely with points, it will not be eligible for the Promotion. If an order is paid partially with other payment methods and partially with SLC Points, only the part that is paid with other payment methods shall enjoy the Promotion.
To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must be a Shangri-La Circle member and sign into SL Boutique before payment.
Points Earning
2X SLC Points is equivalent to “1X SLC Base Point” plus 1X Promotion Bonus Point.
SLC Tier Bonus Points is still applicable but only to the Base Point and not the Bonus Points:
Gold members are not entitled to any Tier Bonus Points.
Jade members are entitled to extra 25% Tier Bonus Points.
Diamond members are entitled to extra 50% Tier Bonus Points.
Calculation of SLC Points earning per 1USD under this promotion is illustrated below:
Gold member: 1 Base Point + 1Bonus Points = 2 SLC Points in total
Jade member: 1 Base Point + 0.25 Tier Bonus Point + 1 Bonus Points = 2.25 SLC Points in total
Diamond member: 1 Base Point + 0.5 Tier Bonus Point + 1 Bonus Points = 2.5 SLC Points in total
SLC Points will be credited to member’s account within four weeks from the date and time the service is completed or supposed to end.
During Members Day 6X Points promotion, 6X Points promotion shall prevail and will not be stacked with this Promotion.
Other Terms
SLC Points and SLC Tier Bonus Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Unless otherwise determined and stipulated by Shangri-La in any relevant terms and conditions, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers including but not limited to gift card, coupon code, other Bonus Point Campaign (for example Members Day 6X Point offer).
Shangri-La reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, mechanics of the Promotion, or these terms from time to time without notice.
Shangri-La’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Shangri-La’s Privacy Policy (available at https://boutique.shangri-la.com/privacy.php).
