B. Shangri-La Boutique’s Mastercard® Gift with Purchase Promotion
General Terms
The “Shangri-La Boutique’s Mastercard® Gift with Purchase Promotion” (“Promotion”) is organized by Infinite Rainbow Limited (“Shangri-La”).
The Promotion will run from 11thNovember 2024(GMT+8) to 28th February 2025, (GMT+8), inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise communicated on the Shangri-La Boutique platform (“Platform”) or through any channel or by some other method selected at Shangri-La’s discretion. The Promotion is exclusively valid for qualifying purchases made through the Platform during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion offers Shangri-La Circle members (“Member”) a voucher (“Voucher”) during the Promotion Period when each Member uses any Mastercard cards issued globally to make payments at the following Shangri-La Boutique destinations (“Destination”):
Hong Kong SAR;
Singapore;
Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu only);
Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya only); and
Taiwan (Taipei only),
and meets the minimum purchase requirement.
The Promotion is applicable to the part of the payment of a Platform order that is paid with a Mastercard card only, subject always that payments made using Apple Pay (Apple Pay is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries), Google Pay or any other digital wallets are not eligible for this promotion. If an order is paid completely with Shangri-La Circle points (“SLC Points”) and/or Voucher(s)it will not be eligible for the Promotion. If an order is paid partially with a Mastercard card and partially with SLC Points and/or Voucher(s), only the part that is paid with a Mastercard card shall qualify for the Promotion.
To qualify for the Promotion, an order must also meet the following criteria:
The order must be placed by a Member who is signed into his or her Shangri-La Circle (“SLC”) account at the time of purchase.
The order must meet the minimum spending requirements of its Destination on qualifying purchases after excluding the value of any Voucher(s) that has been applied to the order amount during checkout and after deducting the value of any redeemed SLC Points, detailed as follows for the respective Destination:
Hong Kong SAR: HK$800
Singapore: SG$160
Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu): RM$500
Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya): ID$1,600,000
Taipei: NT$3,200
Gift Cards (a “Gift Card” refers to any gift card or credit sold on the Platform and entitling the holder thereof to use the stated amount towards the payment for purchases on-premises at Shangri-La Group properties) shall not be considered qualifying purchases for the purposes of Clause 5b. above.
Vouchers are limited and will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis to the first 1,500 qualified orders made by Members in accordance with these terms.
Member will receive the Voucher through an email upon placing the qualifying order successfully. The Voucher may be used on a one-time basis in any subsequent order in accordance with Clause 8 of the General Terms below.
To use the Voucher in a subsequent order, the order must meet the following criteria:
The order must be placed by a Member who is signed into his or her SLC account at the time of purchase.
The Voucher must be used in the Destination it is issued in, and only offers a fixed amount of saving as illustrated below:

Singapore: SG$70
Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu): RM$230
Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya): ID$790,000
Taipei: NT$1,600
The order must meet the minimum spending requirements of its Destination on qualifying purchases after deducting the value of any redeemed SLC Points, detailed as follows for the respective Destination:

Singapore: SG$160
Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu): RM$550
Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya): ID$1,900,000
Taipei: NT$3,800
Gift Cards shall not be considered qualifying purchases for the purposes of Clause 8c. above.
Any remaining amount in the order after using any Voucher(s) and/or SLC Points must be paid by a Mastercard card. Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other digital wallets are not accepted.
Any cancellation and refund of orders will automatically disqualify the order from the Promotion. However, amendments to the delivery and pick-up dates of an order are exempted in this scenario.
Other Terms
The Voucher value and the start of validity date are stated in the email sent to its recipient. Regardless of the start date, all Vouchers will expire after 28th February 2025 (GMT+8).
The Voucher cannot be split, reproduced, copied, or sold.
Any unredeemed Voucher after the valid period will automatically become invalid and cannot be renewed.
All Vouchers are non-replaceable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash in part or whole.
Unless otherwise determined and stipulated by Shangri-La in any relevant terms and conditions, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any staff discounts or any special offers or promotions including but not limited to gift cards, coupon codes or any other campaigns.
Shangri-La reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, mechanics of the Promotion, or these terms from time to time without notice.
Shangri-La’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Shangri-La’s Privacy Policy (available at https://boutique.shangri-la.com/privacy.php) .
