General Terms & Conditions

  1. The general Shangri-La Boutique service terms and conditions (“General Terms”) apply to all promotional offers below, with the additional promotional terms and conditions below (“Promotional Terms”) (together, the “Terms & Conditions”), as updated from time to time by us in our discretion.   2. Customers are advised to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before participating in any of our campaigns and / or promotions.
  3. The Promotions Terms & Conditions is written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Shangri-La Boutique Mastercard 5X Points Promotion

  • General Terms
    1. The “Shangri-La Boutique Mastercard 5X Points Promotion” (“Promotion”) is organized by Infinite Rainbow Limited (“Shangri-La”).
    2. The Promotion period is from 14th August 2026 00:00 (GMT+8) to 29th September 2026 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise communicated on the Shangri-La Boutique platform (“Platform”) or through any channel or by some other method selected at Shangri-La’s discretion. The Promotion is only applicable to qualifying purchases made through the Platform and within the Promotion Period.
    3. The Promotion offers Shangri-La Circle (“SLC”) members five (5) times Shangri-La Circle Points (“5X SLC Points”) during the Promotion Period when the customer:
      1. is a Shangri-La Circle member and has signed in to their account on the Platform before making payment;
      2. uses any Mastercard card issued globally for payment;
      3. makes a purchase at one of the following Shangri-La Boutique destinations: Hong Kong; Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya); Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Penang); Singapore; Sri Lanka; Taipei; Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai); or UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai); and
      4. has the respective order completed (defined as all items within the order having been successfully delivered, self-picked up, or redeemed).
    4. The Promotion is applicable to the part of the payment of a Platform order that is paid with a Mastercard card, a Mastercard card via Google Pay or Apple Pay (Apple Pay is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.) If an order is paid completely with Shangri-La Circle points (“SLC Points”), it will not be eligible for the Promotion. If an order is paid partially with a Mastercard card and partially with SLC Points, only the part that is paid with a Mastercard card shall enjoy the Promotion.
  • Points Earning
    1. 5X SLC Points is equivalent to “1X SLC Base Point” (“Base Point”) and “4X Mastercard Promotion Bonus Points” (“Promotion Points”). Promotion Points are limited and awarded in chronological order on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order date and time at which eligible orders are successfully placed.
    2. SLC Tier Bonus Points earning is still applicable but only to the Base Points and not the Promotion Points:
      1. Gold members are not entitled to any Tier Bonus Points.
      2. Jade members are entitled to an extra 25% Tier Bonus Points.
      3. Diamond members are entitled to an extra 50% Tier Bonus Points.
    3. Calculation of SLC Points earning per 1USD under this promotion is illustrated below:
      1. Gold member: 1 Base Point + 4 Promotion Points = 5 SLC Points in total
      2. Jade member: 1 Base Point + 0.25 Tier Bonus Point + 4 Promotion Points = 5.25 SLC Points in total
      3. Diamond or Polaris member: 1 Base Point + 0.5 Tier Bonus Point + 4 Promotion Points = 5.5 SLC Points in total
    4. SLC Points will be credited to the member’s account within approximately four weeks after the Promotion Period.
    5. SLC Points, Promotion Points, and SLC Tier Bonus Points are awarded exclusively to the member who made the purchase during the Promotion; these points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Other Terms
    1. Unless otherwise determined and stipulated by Shangri-La in any relevant terms and conditions, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any staff discounts, special offers including but not limited to Gift Card (a “Gift Card” refers to any gift card or credit sold on the Platform and entitling the holder thereof to use the stated amount towards the payment for purchases on-premises at Shangri-La Group properties), coupon code, membership, room voucher, or other bonus points campaign.
    2. Shangri-La reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, mechanics of the Promotion, or these terms from time to time without notice.
    3. Shangri-La’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
    4. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Shangri-La’s Privacy Policy (available at https://boutique.shangri-la.com/privacy.php).
    5. Shangri-La Circle’s terms and conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion.
    6. In case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    7. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
